There's a special connection you can make to people who have the same taste in music as you. Music speaks to people, it cures people, it moves people, so when you meet someone who likes the same music as you, its like you know worlds more about them.

It's like you have some weird special connection, music represents feelings, so when you find people who have the same feelings as you it suddenly makes it that much easier to talk and connect and love them.

Lazy Sunday + OOTD

Hey there!
Today is the first Sunday in a long time where I haven't been stressed about school. High School is rough!

First, may I present thee with an OOTD;

Boots - A store int he mall! So sorry I don't remember.

Leggings - Target 

Shirt- It was my grandpa's, I stole it from him when I was really young and I  still have it.

Scarf - HoverCreations on Etsy! My aunt made it for me last Christmas, she doesn't sell them anymore unfortunately. 

Anywho, this morning I woke up with a bloody nose around 10:30. It was awful! I hate bloody noses, they suck. It doesn't help that my grandma was trying to get me out of bed for the longest time before it happened. Karma? 

I watched a bit of a movie on AMC with my dad over coffee until Breakfast was ready, our little family has been obsessed with putting canned Cinnamon Rolls in a waffle maker and making easy little cinnamon waffles. (Thank you Pinterest) 

I've been cleaning my room for the last few hours now, and that pretty much brings us up to this point. I'm visiting my mom in a few minutes, and after that it's back to "cleaning". (Which is more like picking clothes up off the floor and listening to Lana Del Rey and Ellie Goulding, occasionally checking facebook and taking Tumblr breaks) 

After I finish my room I have to read a book I choose for my Eastern cultures assignment  It's called the Convert. It's about a woman from NY who moves to Pakistan in conversion to becoming Muslim. I'm really excited about it since it wasn't on the suggested list of books to read and I love learning and reading about other cultures and religions. I'm considering it as something I might study in college.

Hey everyone!

I wore this outfit the last day before Christmas break (which is ending in 4 days! *sad face*) , my hair was up in a top knot bun! I looked very classy, if I do say so myself!
